Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Clinical Therapist role based in Clyde, OH. The Clinical Therapist will provide individual and group counseling sessions, conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment journey. The role also involves collaborating with other healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate, up-to-date client records while supporting clients in achieving recovery and mental wellness.
Qualifications
- Expertise in individual counseling, group therapy, and treatment planning
- Proficiency in conducting assessments and providing psychotherapy
- Strong documentation, case management, and client progress monitoring skills
- Knowledge of addiction treatment approaches, including medication-assisted treatment
- Effective communication, active listening, and empathetic interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensure as a Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or related credential is required
- Experience in mental health and substance abuse treatment is preferred
- Proficiency in maintaining confidentiality and adhering to healthcare regulations
