Role Description
- The Gatekeeper: You are the first line of defense. You own the Lead’s inbox and calendar, filtering the noise so he can focus on closing.
- Quality Architect: You own the accuracy of every listing and contract. You manage the workflow of the support team, ensuring "Zero-Error" is the standard before files reach the Partners.
- The Bridge: Real estate doesn't stop at 5 PM. You are the responsive lead for evening/weekend needs, ensuring a white-glove, concierge experience for our high-net-worth clientele.
- Strategic Lead: You manage the internal team, holding everyone accountable to high-performance deadlines and luxury brand standards.
- Systems Builder: You don't just "check boxes." You understand the why behind the task and build the manual to make the next one faster.
Qualifications
- High-Capacity: You can juggle 30 active files without breaking a sweat or losing your cool.
- Obsessively Detailed: You find the one missing initial on page 40 that everyone else missed.
- Tech-Forward: Advanced mastery of Follow Up Boss, Google Workspace, Slack, and MLS.
- South OC Savvy: You understand the pace and "vibe" of the local luxury market.
- Experience: 3 years in high-stakes Ops, Project Management, or as a right-hand to a high-producer.
- License: An active CA DRE License is a major plus, but this is a career Operations path, not a bridge to a sales role.
