Lead Carpenter
Full-Time | On-Site
Pay: $40–$50per hour
We are seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter with proven residential remodeling experience. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused—ideal for someone who can manage a crew while delivering high-quality work on kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and other home improvement projects.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform all phases of remodeling, from demolition to finish
- Execute framing, drywall, trim carpentry, painting, and light electrical work
- Interpret blueprints and ensure work aligns with plans and specifications
- Maintain job site organization, safety, and productivity
- Communicate clearly with clients, team members, and subcontractors
- Assist with material take-offs and project planning
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of residential carpentry/remodeling experience
- Proficient in framing, finish carpentry, drywall, and painting
- Proficient with interior stair and railing installation. (Required)
- Basic electrical knowledge (non-licensed work)
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred but not required:
- Tile installation, basic plumbing, permit/inspection experience
