Our client, a nationally recognized acute care hospital committed to excellence and community health, is hiring a Breast Imaging Radiologist. This opportunity is ideal for fellowship-trained breast imaging radiologists seeking a stable, fully onsite position in a vibrant hospital environment. Responsibilities

• Fellowship training in Breast Imaging from an accredited program.
• Minimum 3–5 years of post-fellowship clinical experience.
• Demonstrated excellence in breast imaging interpretation and procedures.
• Interpret breast imaging studies, including mammography and breast ultrasound, and provide accurate assessments of breast conditions such as masses, calcifications, and abnormalities.
• Perform and interpret other breast imaging modalities as required.
• Collaborate with breast surgeons, oncologists, and multidisciplinary teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Perform image-guided breast procedures, including biopsies and aspirations as clinically indicated.
• Maintain adherence to hospital protocols, quality standards, and safety procedures.
• Engage in call rotation as required, ensuring availability for emergent cases outside of core hours.
  
  

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board certification or eligibility in Radiology.
• Active New York medical license.
• Minimum fellowship training in Breast Imaging; experienced radiologists preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite only; no remote or hybrid arrangements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Ability to work scheduled hours between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with required call coverage during and outside core hours.
• Additional certification in breast imaging, such as ACR BPA or similar, preferred.
