Responsibilities
- Deliver inpatient and emergency psychiatric assessments and consultation services during overnight shifts.
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and stabilize patients in crisis.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Engage in teaching and supervising psychiatry residents, fostering their clinical development.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocols to enhance emergency psychiatric services.
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board eligible or board certified in Psychiatry.
- Valid New York State Medical License, DEA, and Medicaid number.
- Proven ability to work effectively in high-pressure emergency settings.
- Strong communication skills and capacity for teamwork in a diverse environment.

Salary : $290,000 - $300,000
