Positions & Responsibilities:
SERVER
- Deliver polished, attentive service with detailed menu knowledge
- Guide guests through food and drink options with confidence and care
- Manage multiple tables with professionalism and timing
- Maintain clean and organized dining sections
- Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
BARTENDER
- Craft high-quality cocktails, sake, and Japanese-inspired beverages
- Provide warm, engaging bar service while balancing speed and precision
- Monitor guest behavior and maintain a welcoming bar environment
- Upsell premium products and explain pairing recommendations
- Ensure bar cleanliness, stock, and organization throughout shift
HOSTESS
- Greet guests warmly and professionally – the first impression counts
- Manage reservations and walk-ins efficiently using POS/booking systems
- Communicate seating flow to servers and managers
- Handle takeout and phone orders with accuracy and poise
- Maintain the front-of-house area with elegance and attention to detail
What We're Looking For:
- Prior experience in upscale or high-volume restaurant settings preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong work ethic
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Willingness to learn Japanese cuisine, sake, and hospitality standards
- Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
