Taku Smokeries Store is hiring for the 2026 summer season. Seasonal position available now through September with the possibility of extended fall employment. Candidate should exemplify the following qualities:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a crew of at least ten employees
- Inventory management skills
- Ability to positively handle customer concerns
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes.
- Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends and evenings
- Must have the ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for full shift.
This position involves sales, customer service, stocking, light cleaning and general tasks required for retail store operations. Candidates must be able to work independently without supervision.
Compensation: DoE Minimum of $23/hour
