The work to be performed under this contract will be performed in Arlington, VA, occasionally in Washington, DC, telework, or contractor approved facilities by the COR.

Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead end‑to‑end program planning, execution, and delivery
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams and resources
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and milestones
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
- Communicate program status to stakeholders and leadership
- May preform other duties as needed.
Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority
- Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field from an accredited institution and have a
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing Government projects of similar work, such as training facilitation, and including a demonstrated knowledge of support and sustainment-related (resiliency) operations.
- Must be a US citizen.
- PM certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
