RESPONSIBILITIES:
$17.29 per hour to start and $17.79 per hour after the probationary period ends.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verify price tags are present for all products in the department
- Rotate older stock to the front, making space for new stock
- Check out customer purchases quickly and accurately, using the correct prices and departments
- Pull short-date or low-quality items and follow established procedures for recording and disposing
- Stock displays fully without overcrowding; face items on shelves
- Assist customers with product questions, in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner, referring them to other staff when necessary
- Help with receiving deliveries and rotating overstock into backstock
- Clean up spills, remove trash promptly, and sweep and mop the floor
- Assist various departments when needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Available to work at any time,including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to perform stocking tasks
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
- Experience serving the public
- Accuracy, attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple demands
- Ability to project an outgoing, friendly personality
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to work in cold, wet conditions
- Ability to work in various departments when needed
