- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring clarity and efficiency
- Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while maintaining accountability
- Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in compliance with food safety regulations; assist with food handling and sanitation procedures
- Use reservation management tools like OpenTable to coordinate seating arrangements effectively
- Support night club or bar areas by providing excellent guest services in lively settings
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments, is highly preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus
- Strong culinary knowledge and food industry understanding to assist with food preparation and service standards
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Demonstrated ability in sales techniques including upselling menu items to maximize revenue
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest loyalty
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation protocols, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving, bussing, host/hostess roles, or cashiering enhances your candidacy
- Basic math skills for accurate check processing and cash handling
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment
