- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Maintain precise inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP platforms such as Sortly.
- Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and root cause analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Support order fulfillment activities by picking, packing, and shipping products efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with procurement teams on sourcing strategies, supplier management, and contract negotiations to optimize costs and service levels.
- Operate materials handling equipment such as forklifts safely for heavy lifting tasks and materials movement within the warehouse.
- Assist in developing category management strategies and stocking plans aligned with retail management goals.
- Participate in logistics coordination for shipping & receiving operations and transportation scheduling.
- Collect data on warehouse operations to support continuous process improvement initiatives and enhance efficiency across the supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles, warehouse distribution processes, and inventory control techniques
- Experience working with electrical parts, components and equipment is essential. To include wiring, conduit, panels, switchgear etc.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like Sortly.
- Excellent data analysis skills with some experience in demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain analytics.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies or process inefficiencies effectively.
- Skilled in procurement activities including sourcing strategies, pricing negotiations, and contract management.
- Experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with logistics operations including shipping & receiving procedures and 3PL coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management and materials handling tasks.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
