Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious candidate to join our Team as the Project Specialist. You will get to work with outstanding leadership and field teams! Our Project Specialist oversees multiple projects throughout the life of the project. Job Responsibilities:
Project Planning:
- Assisting in the development of project plans and timelines.
- Identifying project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
- Coordinating with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
Project Execution:
- Tracking project progress and performance.
- Ensuring that project tasks are completed on time and within budget.
- Managing resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Communication:
- Facilitating communication between project team members.
- Preparing and delivering project status reports and presentations.
- Addressing issues and risks that arise during the project.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintaining project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Preparing post-project evaluations and reports.
Support and Coordination:
- Coordinating meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Providing administrative support to project managers and teams.
- Assisting in the resolution of project-related issues and conflicts.
Quality Control:
- Monitoring project quality and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Implementing quality assurance processes and practices.
Job Qualifications:
- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to analyze information, form conclusions, and provide meaningful solutions

- Demonstrated ability to motivate and influence others, building teams and conflict resolution
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite
Education and Experience:
- Three years related professional experience
- Experience in project scheduling, cost controls, tracking and reporting methodologies
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted.
- Must be able to work beyond normal operating hours as determined by business demands.
- Must be able to travel throughout Company locations.
