Strategic Leadership & Scope
Define the enterprise SEO vision and top-of-funnel strategy aligned to revenue and growth targets
Establish technical, content, and platform requirements for cross-functional teams
Guide prioritization and alignment across engineering, product, content, and marketing
Provide oversight on site architecture, migrations, and technical SEO frameworks (non-executional)
Set governance standards across Core Web Vitals, site performance, structured data (JSON-LD), and accessibility (WCAG 2.1)
Define KPI frameworks (CTR, crawl efficiency, indexation, engagement) to measure and optimize performance
Advise on complex SEO challenges, including YMYL considerations and algorithm impacts
Establish scalable strategies to capture incremental organic traffic (e.g., Google Discover, expansion plays)
Guide measurement frameworks leveraging GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, and automation tools
