We’re looking for a Windstream & Spectrum customer Service & Sales Agents or Teams to be the friendly face and voice of our company. In this role, you'll play a key part in building strong relationships with our clients, providing top-notch service.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Communicate with clients through face-to-face interactions with potential residential customers.
- Manage and maintain sales territory assigned.
- Assess customer needs and recommend tailored products or services.
- Enter customer information to complete sales.
- Maintain precise records of customer interactions through data entry and documentation.
- Work closely with team members to improve service delivery and support continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on product features, promotions, and company policies to provide informed responses.
- Support on-boarding efforts by assisting in the training of new team members in customer service best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a customer facing role.
- Proficiency in data entry.
- A proactive and customer-focused attitude with a commitment to building positive client relationships.
