What You’ll Do
- Own the full project lifecycle—estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication.
- Collaborate with designers, fabricators, and installers to turn creative visions into reality.
- Manage timelines, materials, and production flow to keep projects on track.
- Serve as the client’s go-to contact—anticipating needs, solving challenges, and keeping everyone in sync.
- Ensure quality, safety, and brand consistency from the first sketch to final install.
- 5 years of project management experience in signage, wayfinding or construction.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in business administration, project management or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate a plus.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills with a focus on execution and detail.
- Excellent communication and organization skills—you can juggle multiple projects and personalities with ease.
- Comfort with technical drawings, specifications, and on-site coordination.
- Ability to travel up to (or exceeding) 50% of the time for client meetings, site visits, and installations.
- Tech-savvy.
