Job Description 1对需求和变化敏感，熟悉工厂产能及物料供给状态，密切跟进生产计划变化并灵活协调物料供应。 2了解细节计划进度，熟悉计划调整原则并能评估其对供应的影响。 3根据新产品上市及影响供应链相关变更情况，制定物料需求计划及生产计划，支持产品上市。 5根据生产计划及库存库容情况制定长期及短期物料需求计划，发行订单给第三方供应商或关联公司，并监督来料到货至放行。 4熟悉供应链端到端逻辑，应用拉动原理管理物料库存和主数据设定。 6天津工厂直接采购物料主数据负责人，协调主数据建立、修改和删除过程，管理主数据SOP并培训主数据利益相关方。 7FOCUS key user，墨图SOP制定者和培训者，协调RA、 内部墨图利益相关方、第三方供应商共同实现墨图的管理流程。 8监控库存失效期，对于计划负责的报废及时进行申请操作，通过对库存的优化降低报废可能性。 9参与直接物料第三方供应商评估，为供应商管理部门提供依据，协调日常供应商供货问题、质量问题、付款问题等。 10负责必要的生产、库存、交付等系统报告的更新。 11遵守公司规定及SOP,包括GMP及EHS相关要求，独立掌握并完成日常及紧急情况下的操作。理解EHS对该岗位的职责，报告不符合EHS规定的事项，按时完成EHS行动项。 − 熟悉精益生产管理方法 − 熟练掌握SAP（APO）应用 − 英语能力（熟练听说读写） − 计划控制能力、沟通协调能力、一定的分析及决策能力 Locations Tianjin, China Worker Type Employee Worker Sub-Type Regular Time Type Full time Takeda is an industry-leading, global pharmaceutical company with an unwavering dedication to putting patients at the center of everything we do.
