Job Description 职位目的 与国家卫计委、人社部、发改委等政府部门及其下属协会以及相关评审专家保持良好的沟通，通过项目合作的方式增进彼此的了解。研究分析医药卫生、医保、招标、价格和基本药物制度等方面的各项政策并及时与公司内部相关部门分享。最大程度的完成武田公司产品医保列名、价格维护及招标采购等市场准入工作，以支持公司产品的销售增长并实现业务发展的最终目标。 主要职责 定期协同拜访中央政府部门（包括人社部， 国家发改委，卫计委及下属协会），与客户建立并保持良好的沟通；并通过项目合作的机会，树立公司品牌形象，增进彼此的了解。 最大限度完成武田公司产品医保列名、价格维护及招标采购等市场准入工作。 准确领会并及时与公司内部相关同事分享最新的国家/地方医保卫生政策，为公司业务发展提供有效的参考。 与其它部门密切合作和有效沟通，及时解决由于政策的因素可能对公司业务发展所造成的影响。 及时对下属成员进行业务培训和指导，不断提高属下的业务能力。 积极与地方市场准入团队合作，共同完成国家医保目录的评审，并支持地方市场准入工作的开展。 主要联络人 内部 各BU、KA、商务、医学 外部 卫计委、人社部、国家发改委、及下属协会及相关评审专家 任职要求 教育背景 本科及以上医药专业学历，具有药事管理或药物经济专业背景为佳 相关领域工作经验 10年以上医药行业工作经验，6年以上医药行业政府事务部经验，2年以上本公司工作经验 专业知识与技能 医药行业营销基础知识 良好的中英文沟通能力 能适应独立的、有压力、工作快节奏的环境 具备准确的政策研究与分析能力 良好的表达能力、社交能力和公共关系处理能力 电脑技巧娴熟 Locations Beijing, ChinaShanghai, China Worker Type Employee Worker Sub-Type Regular Time Type Full time Takeda is an industry-leading, global pharmaceutical company with an unwavering dedication to putting patients at the center of everything we do.
