Job Description 1根据SOP、GMP及EHS相关要求独立并熟练掌握包装线日常操作及设备操作。 2完成定期的自动包装线生产清洁、清场、换型、物料转运工作。 3完成生产批记录以及其他相关记录填写，确保记录的及时性和准确性。 4完成日常产品的在线检查和取样的工作，确保产品检查和取样过程符合SOP规定。 5根据SOP正确领取原材料、装填物料、处理成品、剔除品及废品。 6理解EHS对该职位的相关政策，报告不符合EHS法律的事故或对环境和人员造成伤害的行为。 7执行生产区域6S规范要求，确保生产区域符合GMP规定；发现生产过程中异常并及时上报到直线领导。 8完成日常自动设备点检、维护及模具备件管理工作。 9独立处理包装线设备常见故障及设备日常保养工作；能够提出设备复杂问题相关的改善建议。 10编写设备维护及操作培训材料（SOP&TWI）并培训生产线其他员工 Locations Tianjin, China Worker Type Employee Worker Sub-Type Regular Time Type Full time Takeda is an industry-leading, global pharmaceutical company with an unwavering dedication to putting patients at the center of everything we do.
