About the Role
The role involves managing the digital dexterity pipeline and ensuring the technical accuracy of platform-specific digital dexterity assets while leading contributions to the Change Impact Assessment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the digital dexterity pipeline.
- Operate the platform-signal pipeline and standing cadence with DD.
- Lead SME contributions to the Change Impact Assessment (CIA).
- Serve as the technical accuracy gate for platform-specific DD assets.
- Sign off on technical content prior to publish.
- Own delivery of high-credibility enablement moments.
- Develop reusable delivery playbooks.
- Manage and grow the SME roster.
- Ensure coverage for champions calls and local activations.
- Translate technical change signals into actionable inputs.
- Ensure clear acceptance criteria and sign-offs for tool-specific learning assets.
- Act as the primary liaison to platform/product owners.
- Work closely with Change Enablement and Reporting & Measurement.
- Maintain a “technical accuracy” living register.
- Drive post-release reviews for major launches.
- Remain current on digital and emerging technologies and trends.
- Support other team activities as needed.
- All other duties reasonably required of the position.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Education, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years experience in platform/product enablement, technical training, digital workplace operations, or similar roles supporting enterprise adoption.
Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience managing SMEs and coordinating enterprise-scale enablement.
- Strong stakeholder management and negotiation experience.
- Practical understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and enterprise collaboration platforms.
- Proven ability to create runbooks, knowledge bases, and repeatable delivery playbooks.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Communication skills – ability to communicate ideas and data persuasively.
- Analytical Skills – ability to analyze data and make appropriate decisions.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders networks.
- A strong executor, ability to implement deliverables in a timely manner.
- Open to new ways of working and applying new methodologies.
Preferred Skills
- Comfortable in a lean environment and skilled at applying automation or AI-enabled approaches.
- Hands-on experience delivering demos and live enablement sessions at scale.
- Experience contributing to Change Impact Assessment processes.

- Experience managing distributed SME teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Salary : $154,400 - $242,500
