Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician II to join our team at Takeda Pharmaceutical. As a key member of our production staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.
Main Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Implement production processes in accordance with cGMP and regulatory guidelines.
- Lead Manufacturing Technicians I in daily tasks and provide guidance as needed.
- Operate various production equipment, including DAP lines, forklifts, and hoists.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to the production area.
- Document process activities and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience or relevant education, supplemented by 1 year of related work experience.
- Familiarity with cGMP manufacturing principles.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Additional Information
This is a full-time position that requires working around chemicals, standing/walking for extended periods, and meeting individual production task deadlines during shifts.
