Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Exploitation Specialist to join our team supporting GEOINT operations. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background in data analysis, geospatial intelligence, and software development, with a proven ability to independently manage complex projects in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data exploitation efforts, including in-depth data exploration, cleaning, and analysis to support intelligence mission objectives.
- Develop and implement data visualization dashboards to communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.
- Utilize geographic information system (GIS) tools and geospatial packages such as GeoPandas and Shapely to analyze location-based data.
- Collaborate on deploying AI/ML models into operational systems, enhancing geospatial analysis capabilities.
- Manage project workflows using version control systems such as GitLab, ensuring code quality and reproducibility.
- Support the integration of geospatial data with other intelligence sources and contribute to GEOINT collection strategies.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and adapt solutions to evolving mission requirements.
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in data analysis, data mining, and visualization, particularly using Python and SQL.
- Strong proficiency in statistical and general-purpose programming languages relevant to data analysis.
- Proven experience managing technical projects with minimal oversight.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with the willingness to undergo a polygraph exam.
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline; Master’s degree preferred.
- Familiarity with code repositories such as GitLab.
- Over 5 years of experience with Python focused on data analysis.
- Experience with analytics and visualization tools such as Grafana, Databricks, or JEMA.
- Knowledge of web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Syntasa platform.
- Expertise in analyzing geospatially enabled data and deploying AI tools into operational software.
- Understanding of GEOINT collection processes and system architecture.
