What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Manager, Digital Platforms position at Take Flight Learning?
Overview
Take Flight Learning continues to expand, and we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented person to manage our digital systems. This is a hands-on position where you'll build, launch, maintain, and improve our digital systems.
If something needs to be deployed, accessed, tracked, or fixed, this person owns it.
This role sits at the intersection of design, technology, and execution. This individual should be able to open nearly any program, understand it quickly, and deliver meaningful results. One day, that might mean designing a graphic image, the next, editing a video, and another, designing a website. The ideal candidate should be organized without being rigid and stay focused when juggling multiple projects.
This person doesn’t need to be the world’s top specialist in a narrow field. Instead, they should be highly skilled across many areas. They will spot problems before they become obstacles. They enjoy solving puzzles and take pride in being the person others trust when something needs to be built, fixed, or improved.
If you’re someone who enjoys wearing many hats and making systems, visuals, and ideas come together, this role will feel like home.
