Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate client access to our online assessments and learning platform (we’ll train you—no prior experience needed)
- Communicate directly with clients via email, phone, and Zoom to answer questions and provide support
- Track and update assessment progress, timelines, and reporting
- Prepare and ship training materials from our office
- Support internal projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualities
- 1–3 years of client service or administrative experience, ideally in an office or professional environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Comfortable working on the phone, over email, and on video platforms like Zoom
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities without dropping the ball
