- Knowledge of medical terminology, mental health considerations, and behavioral health principles relevant to client counseling.
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance, medical documentation standards, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), and medical records management.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations, including individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges.
- Excellent organizational skills for managing case files, documentation, and follow-up activities efficiently.
