The Role
- San Jose based BCBA role
- 50% hybrid split between telehealth and in-person
- Mix of in-home and centre-based cases
- 27.5 billables per week
You’re supported by dedicated teams handling scheduling, intake, billing and admin, so your time stays focused on clinical work and supervision.

- Running sessions without constantly watching the clock
- Proper supervision, not rushed check-ins
- Working alongside other clinicians, not in isolation
- Adjusting treatment plans without layers of pushback
