What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Take a Seat People?
A BCBA role built for sustainability, not burnout
Most BCBAs don’t struggle because they dislike the work. They struggle because the structure makes it harder than it needs to be. Long days, unpredictable schedules, pressure to hit numbers, and very little space to practise the way they were trained.
This role in Colorado Springs has been built differently.
It is a center-based, early intervention position (ages 2–5) with predictable weekday hours. The clinical model is play-based and natural environment teaching at its core, with flexibility to adapt approaches based on the child rather than rigid protocols. Clinical judgement is trusted and supported.
If you are looking for a role that feels sustainable, aligned, and professionally respectful, this is worth a closer look.
