Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Service Writer role based in Springville, UT. The Service Writer will liaise between customers and the service team to ensure repair and maintenance requests are efficiently managed. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate service records, providing detailed cost estimates, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Proficient in Communication and possessing excellent Phone Etiquette
- Computer Literacy, including familiarity with service management software
- Ability to multitask and manage workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in the spa, repair, or wellness industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are advantageous
