Lube Tehcnician

Job Summary:**

Quick Lube Carolina LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lube Tech to perform oil changes, preventative maintenance, and basic vehicle inspections. This role is crucial for ensuring our customers' vehicles are maintained to the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities:**

• Perform oil and filter changes on various makes and models of vehicles.
• Conduct multi-point inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, belts, and hoses.
• Lubricate chassis components as required.
• Top off fluids (washer fluid, power steering fluid, etc.).
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers regarding their vehicle's needs and maintenance recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service bay and tools.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and company policies.
• Assist other technicians as needed.
• Operate and maintain shop equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
• Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork accurately.

Job Qualifications:**

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Prior experience in automotive service, particularly oil changes or basic maintenance, is preferred but not required (training provided).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
