Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with clients and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
- Assist in the daily operations of the facility, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and positive work atmosphere.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.
- Uphold company policies and procedures while promoting a culture of safety and respect.
- Greet every customer with speed and friendliness, offering water within 15–30 seconds of arrival.
- Air up tires and wash windshields to enhance the customer experience.
- Answer customer questions clearly and professionally.
- Prepare customers for their service before they enter the building.
- Assist the service team by guiding customers smoothly through the check-in process.
- Maintain a clean, welcoming environment at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this position.
