Position Overview
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll work closely with the Shop Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team, and deliver a top-notch customer experience. This role is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys a fast-paced, hands-on work environment.

- Assist the Shop Manager with daily operations and staffing
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of technicians
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures
- Perform oil changes, inspections, and other basic services when needed
- Support sales goals and meet performance targets

Qualifications
- Prior leadership or management experience required (retail, restaurant, automotive, or service industry)
