The team member delivers world class customer service to all retail customers by receiving and processing packages for shipping, operates copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, lamination machines and point of sale devices.
The associates expertly advise our valued customers by providing accurate information on our array of services. They exhibit confidence by knowing best practices for serving our customers.
The ideal candidate has previous retail experience, strong computer and internet skills, a friendly and genuinely helpful demeanor and a professional appearance. He or she must be a fast learner willing to learn all aspects of the business and able to meet monthly sales goals.
