JOB TITLE: Senior Manufacturing Engineer
LOCATION: Lafayette, CO
DURATION OF PROJECT: 24 months or longer with possible extensions
JOB SUMMARY
:Must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and require a minimum of 4 years of Advanced Manufacturing Engineer experience
.Experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
.This role will support a lead manufacturing engineer during implementation of design changes to a medical device (electronic hardware)
.Required skills are Process Validation, and Test Method Validation (Gauge R&R)
.Use of PLM and ERP systems as manufacturing engineers

S:Support development and validation for new production processe
s.Manage product BOM configurations in PLM syste
m.Integrate new components with manufacturing ERP/MRP system
s.Develop and execute plans, including statistical analysis, to evaluate process repeatability through equipment qualification and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ
