We're seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative with an active Florida 4-40 License to support personal lines accounts and deliver an outstanding customer experience.What You'll DoBuild strong, trusted relationships with personal lines clients through proactive, high-quality service.Process personal lines service requests, including policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements.Submit new business and renewal applications for carrier quotes.Review policy documents and applications for accuracy and completeness.Issue ID cards, certificates of insurance, and evidence of property insurance.Handle premium invoicing, payment reminders, and billing follow-ups.Maintain up-to-date, accurate records within the agency management system.Complete all service-related tasks promptly, accurately, and in compliance with agency standards.What You Bring1-2 years of personal lines insurance experience.Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License (required).Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational ability.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.Experience with Nexsure or similar agency management systems is a plus.Taj Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
