The Fabrication Manager will direct our day-to-day Fabrication production operations, taking on duties that encompass production, scheduling and supervision.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all Fabrication Operations
- Establish or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules
- Implement measures to improve work methods and working conditions
- Coordinate with sales team on project details and timeline
- Track productivity to meet company’s requirements and maximize operational efficiency
- Monitor and supervise production quality, and inspection of products.
- Identify problems and resolve them quickly and effectively
- Manage Receiving and Shipping Departments
- Train/Mentor Fabrication team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures, including employee development
- Coordinate and manage logistics
- Plan and monitor optimal space utilization and efficient inventory flow
- Approval of all material purchases
- Create and submit all work orders, manifests, and purchase orders
- Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean and efficient warehouse
- Enforce company policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 4 years’ experience working in a similar manufacturing environment
- 1 years’ experience supervising a team
- Proficient in basic computer software programs; Google Suite products a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to lift/and move up 70 lbs. regularly
- Ability to maintain work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated with the initiative to learn and be trained on various types of equipment and processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays

Salary : $80,000 - $85,000
