B2B Supply Chain Marketing & Content Coordinator

Tait Sales & Consulting (TSC) is looking for a creative, hands-on B2B Supply Chain Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our team. We’re growing at TSC and looking for someone who wants to be part of building something, not just filling a marketing seat. This is a hands-on role inside our warehouse, working with real products, real customers, and a team that cares about what we do.

This is not a traditional desk-only marketing role. Your workspace will be our warehouse, where you’ll work alongside our team, products, and daily operations to create content that tells the story of who we are and why our customers trust us.

TSC is a family-owned company providing professional diamond tools and material handling solutions to fabricators, contractors, and industry professionals across the country. We are looking for someone who is curious, creative, and willing to learn our business from the inside out.

You don’t need to know our industry on day one — but you do need to be someone who asks questions, notices opportunities, and can turn what you learn into meaningful content.

What You’ll Do

• Create and manage content for social media, website, email, and other marketing channels
• Film, edit, and produce short-form videos, product demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes content
• Learn our products, customers, and industry so content is accurate and valuable
• Identify stories and marketing opportunities within our everyday operations
• Help educate customers by showing how our products solve real-world problems
• Create LinkedIn posts, captions, product stories, and email content
• Support trade shows, promotions, and marketing initiatives
• Work directly with ownership and team members to bring ideas to life

What We’re Looking For

• A creative thinker who sees opportunities others miss
• Someone comfortable working in a warehouse environment around tools, equipment, and products
• Strong communication and storytelling skills
• Ability to create and edit video content
• Someone who takes initiative and can work independently
• A person who enjoys learning how things work and explaining them to others

Experience Required

• Social media marketing
• Video production/editing
• Photography
• Shopify, email marketing, SEO, or digital advertising

Experience Preferred

• Experience with construction, manufacturing, tools, equipment, or technical products
