About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and friendly Host to join the Tailwind team! As the first point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for the Tailwind experience by providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth flow within the dining area. As a Host, you will greet and seat guests, manage reservations and waitlists, answer guest inquiries, and maintain a clean and organized front-of-house environment. Your ability to multitask, communicate clearly, and stay calm in a fast-paced setting will be essential in this role.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Greet and welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating charts to ensure efficient guest flow.
Escort guests to tables and provide menus or information as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming host stand and entrance area.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide menu or restaurant information.
Communicate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to support smooth service operations.
Qualifications and skills:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism.
Requirements:
Must be able to pass a background check to receive an airport badge.
Must have reliable transportation.
