Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our team! Tailwind is a rapidly growing company known for its commitment to innovation, growth, and excellence. We are committed to delivering exceptional dinning and retail experiences to all travelers. As an Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. You will work closely with our team to maintain a clean and organized environment, manage inventory, and assist with customer inquiries. Your contributions will be critical to the success of our business.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Accept and sign for incoming food and supply deliveries from vendors or truck drivers.
• Verify delivery contents against invoices or packing slips to ensure accuracy.
• Inspect items for damage, spoilage, or incorrect quantities.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to management.
• Organize and stock items in appropriate storage areas: walk-in cooler, freeze, dry storage, etc.
• Rotate stock regularly to prevent spoilage or expiration.
• Ensure food safety standards are followed during storage )e.g., proper temperatures, separation of raw and cooked items).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage and receiving areas. 
• Brea down boxes and dispose of waste materials properly.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications/Skills:

• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. or more and perform physical tasks (bending, standing for long periods, etc.).
• Basic math and reading skills (to check invoices and labels).
• Familiarity with food safety standards and proper storage procedures.
• Availability to work during delivery windows.

Requirements:

• Must be able to pass TSA background check to receive airport badge
• Must have reliable transportation
