Tailwater Lodge Altmar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton is currently seeking a Restaurant Supervisor.
The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible to manage all areas of the operations during scheduled shifts, supporting the staff, full interaction with the guest, ensuring that the guest needs are our main focus while enforcing standards for personal performance.

Requirements:
- Interacts positively with guests promoting services;
- Resolving problems to the satisfaction of involved parties
- Acts as support system for all areas of the restaurant
- Maintains a spotlessly clean, safe restaurant at all times
- Ensures highest quality levels of products and hospitality
- Ability to develop, coach, and motivate team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
Qualifications
- Minimum of two years Food & Beverage Management Experience
- Must have previous Serving and Bartending Experience
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude at all times.
- Must have full open availability to include days, nights, weekends, holidays and On-Call.
- Experience with Micros and OpenTable operating systems are a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
