About the Position
We are looking to hire a Community Director for our Chino Hills, California campus. In this role, you will be the exclusive site manager acting as the “face” of the company at the Campus.
Pay range is $50,000-$54,000/year plus monthly Revenue Share equal to an additional $6,500/year.
You will report to your building daily (M-F) and your primary responsibilities will include:
Community Development:
· Building a welcoming and collaborative community environment.
· Manage the front desk and communal areas during standard business hours.
· Assist existing members, visitors and prospects members as they enter the space.
· Building relationships with members in order to facilitate the sense of community that we are known for.
· Planning, scheduling and hosting of special events.
· Regularly communicating with members through multiple forums, including office drop-ins, emails, online portal and physical postings throughout the Campus.
Business Development:
· Growing memberships through sales and marketing efforts.
· Owning the entire sales process from responding to inquiries, conducting tours, finalizing membership agreements and on-boarding new members.
· Exploring creative cross-promotional opportunities with other businesses in the area.
· Bonuses are available quarterly
Site Management:
· Ensuring that your Campus is fully operational and all processes are running efficiently, including the collection of membership dues.
· Managing the inventory of Campus amenities, including snacks, refreshments and office supplies.
· Maintaining our company image and feel throughout the Campus.
· Understanding & communicating policies and procedures to members.
· Updating monthly activity reports for tracking new prospects and changes with existing members.
In this role, you will have daily dialogue with other Community Directors and regular interaction with the executive team. Collaboration is a core value and you will be encouraged to bring your creativity & personality to the position.
About You

· College experience with a degree preferred, but not required
· Direct sales and/or customer service experience
· Experience in real estate, retail or hospitality is preferred, but not required
· People person with high-energy and focus
· Self-motivated with a result driven mindset
· Demonstrates integrity, dependability and self-awareness
· Excellent interpersonal & multitasking skills
· Experience with conflict resolution
· Living close to the Campus is preferred, but not required
· Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Keynote
· Knowledge of Canva is a plus
