About The Role
Tailored Wealth is seeking a Financial Planner / Client Advisor to serve as the primary advisor for firm‑provided clients. This role is ideal for an advisor who enjoys deep financial planning, long‑term client relationships, and delivering a high‑touch client experience.
No cold calling. No book of business required. Growth comes from excellent service and referrals—not prospecting.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver comprehensive financial planning across tax strategy, retirement, cash flow, investments, and risk management
- Lead client meetings and provide clear, actionable advice
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring proactive communication and follow‑through
- Identify planning opportunities, asset consolidation, and referral opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to support account management and service execution
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in financial planning, wealth management, or advisory services
- Strong client communication and relationship‑building skills
- Solid knowledge of retirement planning, tax strategy, and investments
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with CRM and planning tools
- CFP® preferred or willingness to pursue
- Experience with business owners or high‑income clients is a plus
