We are looking for dependable and compassionate CNAs and caregivers to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

As a CNA / Caregiver, you will provide hands-on support to clients in their homes while helping preserve their dignity, comfort, and independence.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, and mobility
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Preparing light meals
• Performing light housekeeping
• Running errands as needed
• Providing medication reminders
• Following individualized care plans
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition
• Communicating professionally with supervisors, clients, and families

What We’re Looking For

• Current CNA certification or relevant caregiving experience
• Experience in home care, assisted living, or a similar care setting preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and document care accurately
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel to client homes in Austin and the surrounding areas
• Ability to pass background checks and required screenings
• CPR/First Aid certification
