Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Skytab POS ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Assist with food handling, food preparation, bussing tables, and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas
- Manage cash handling, cashiering duties, and processing payments accurately using POS systems like Skytab
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards at all times
- Build strong guest relations through attentive service, addressing questions or concerns promptly
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food service experience, including fine dining or nightclub settings preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, and OpenTable is highly desirable
- Some knowledge of food handling, sanitation procedures, and food safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy service periods efficiently
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities
- Experience in guest services, serving, bussing, or host/hostess roles is a plus
- Basic math skills for cash handling and cashiering responsibilities
- Culinary experience or kitchen background is advantageous but not required
- Outstanding customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
