Brand Ambassador (Part-Time)

Tailored Remodeling is looking for an energetic, friendly, and outgoing Brand Ambassador to join our retail team in Hays, KS!

We are currently looking to add team members who are available to work weekends, with opportunities for additional weekday shifts. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a flexible part-time position with consistent weekend hours and the potential to earn additional bonuses based on performance.

As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent Tailored Remodeling inside our retail partner location, engaging with homeowners and introducing them to our bathroom remodeling services.

The best part? You're not selling anything.

Your job is to have genuine conversations with homeowners, learn about their remodeling needs, and help schedule a free, no-obligation consultation with one of our remodeling experts.

Schedule

• Part-time position
• Weekend availability is strongly preferred
• Opportunities for Saturday and Sunday shifts

What You'll Do

• Represent Tailored Remodeling at our retail partner location
• Start friendly, genuine conversations with customers
• Ask homeowners about their home improvement and remodeling goals
• Introduce customers to our bathroom remodeling services
• Schedule free, no-obligation consultations with qualified homeowners
• Create a positive and professional experience for every customer
• Help increase awareness of the Tailored Remodeling brand

Who We're Looking For

You don't need previous sales or remodeling experience! We're looking for someone who is:

• Comfortable standing and walking for extended periods
• Professional and personable
• Available for some weekend shifts
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
