- Reception handles phones — you just groom
- You control pacing and schedule
- Your grooming decisions are respected
- Set hours — when you're done, you leave
- Commission 100% tips
- Guaranteed base pay so slower weeks still work financially
- Established client base (15 years in business)
- Additional 5% commission if you bring your own clients
- At least 1 year of professional grooming experience (2 preferred)
- Able to complete full grooms independently
- Comfortable grooming large and giant dogs (60–150 lbs)
- Consistent work history (12 months with one employer)
- Must be within ~30 minutes of 6628 Evergreen Way at 8:00 AM
