Research Associate III - (Personalized Healthcare Solutions)

Pay Rate: $34/hr

Job Summary
The Research Associate III is responsible for conducting research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experimentation to support diagnostic and assay development projects. This role exercises technical expertise in the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments that contribute to project strategies and scientific objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory experiments and scientific studies to support research and development initiatives.
- Design, execute, analyze, and interpret experimental data with minimal supervision.
- Prepare technical reports, protocols, summaries, and quantitative analyses.
- Present and discuss experimental results with project teams and stakeholders.
- Maintain complete and accurate laboratory documentation and electronic records.
- Follow GMP, GLP, Design Control, and other applicable quality and regulatory requirements.
- Stay current with scientific literature and emerging technologies relevant to assigned projects.
- May serve as the principal investigator for assigned experiments and studies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Life Sciences preferred. Master's degree accepted with up to one year of relevant experience.
- 4–6 years of relevant post-college laboratory or research experience.
- Strong experience conducting, analyzing, and documenting scientific experiments in a laboratory environment.
- Experience preparing technical documentation, reports, and data analyses.
- Knowledge of GMP, GLP, Design Control, and laboratory quality systems preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
