Job Description

Learning Administrator

Location : Austin, TX (Hybrid – 2 days in office)

Pay : $25.00 / hr (Weekly pay on W2)

Contract Length : 12 months (Extension or FTE conversion based on performance)

Benefits : Medical, Vision, and Dental

What You’ll Do :

Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) , ensuring training sessions are created, communicated, and tracked.
Support the execution of annual training programs , leadership development, and learning campaigns.
Process vendor payments and collaborate with Procurement and Accounts Payable.
Develop and distribute training reports, evaluation data, and cost monitoring insights.
Assist with marketing and communication campaigns to enhance learner engagement.
Support the mentoring program by updating active employees and coordinating monthly matches.
Manage the Learning team’s central mailbox , serving as the first point of contact for inquiries.

Your Day to Day :

Organize and track employee training records, sessions, and evaluations.

Compile reports and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness.

Distribute learning materials, newsletters, and promotional content.

Ensure smooth vendor payments and compliance with procurement guidelines.

Provide excellent customer service and support to employees across all levels.

What We’re Looking For :

Experience with Cornerstone LMS. .

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels of the organization.

Detail-oriented and self-motivated , able to manage multiple tasks independently.

Proficiency in MS Office and strong administrative skills.

Customer-focused mindset with a passion for learning and development.

Education : Certificate, technical school training, or equivalent work experience.
