What You’ll Do
- Accurately prepare and ship domestic and international orders in a fast-paced environment, showing determination to meet deadlines and customer expectations
- Process shipments using UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, LTL carrier portals, and our internal ERP system with accuracy and accountability
- Generate and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), labels, customs paperwork, and related documentation to maintain trust in our shipping process
- Pull, stage, weigh, and load product using forklifts or pallet jacks while following all safety and quality standards with respect for people and product
- Act as the final quality check before products leave the facility, appreciating the importance of your role in customer satisfaction
- Work closely with Production, Customer Service, and Shipping teammates to meet deadlines and support customers in a respectful, collaborative way
- Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, organization, and teamwork—while helping maintain a positive, fun, and supportive work environment
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1–3 years of shipping/warehouse experience, preferably in manufacturing or distribution
- Strong computer skills with ERP systems, shipping software, and carrier platforms
- Hands-on experience shipping via UPS, FedEx, and LTL carriers
- Forklift / pallet jack experience preferred (certification a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on a manufacturing floor
- A team-oriented professional who treats coworkers with respect and communicates effectively
- Detail-focused, accountable, and motivated by trust and ownership of your work
