Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our sales efforts, building client relationships, and advancing our mission to deliver top-notch cleaning solutions. Your success will directly impact our growth and community engagement.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads from phone, email, and online requests
- Build genuine relationships with potential clients
- Ask smart questions to understand their needs and create customized cleaning proposals
- Communicate service details clearly and confidently
- Schedule walkthroughs, present pricing, and close sales
- Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM (Jobber)
- Work closely with our scheduling team to ensure smooth onboarding
- Represent THS with professionalism, positivity, and warmth
- Collaborate with staff onboarding & marketing efforts to align sales initiatives with promotional campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in outside sales or account management, preferably in the cleaning or service industry
- Comfortable talking on the phone and via text/email. Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to learn our system, ask good questions, and solve problems
- Someone who enjoys puzzles, logistics, and personable helping clients find the right fit
- Team-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow
