Job Responsibilities:

• Keep equipment & supplies clean, sanitized, and stocked.
• Perform detailed cleaning: dust, sweep, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all areas.
• Clean entryways, furniture, surfaces, kitchens, and bathrooms.
• Empty trash, replace liners, and maintain receptacles.
• Follow a checklist to ensure thorough, high-quality results.
• Handle additional tasks as needed, except for hazardous spills.

Physical & Safety Requirements:

• Moderate physical activity, including pulling, pushing, lifting, reaching, bending, and repetitive movements.
• Proficiency with cleaning equipment and proper use of cleaning products.
• Use of protective gloves and eyewear when handling certain chemicals when needed.
• Safety is our priority—all team members must follow Tailored Home Solutions LLC and OSHA regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Reliable, detail-oriented, and friendly individuals
• Self-motivated, patient, cheerful, and courteous team players
• Must be 21 , Have a valid driver's license/ a reliable car/ proof of car insurance/ Smartphone
• Have the physical ability to bend, stand, kneel, and be on your feet for a 7 to 8-hrs and lift/ move objects up to 35lbs
• Not allergic to cleaning supplies, mold, feathers, or dogs/cats
• Pet & kid-friendly & customer-focused

Service areas: Northern KY & Cincinnati, OH

• Service areas around Northern Kentucky: Ft. Thomas, Newport, Covington, Edgewood, Ft. Wright, Cold Springs, Villa Hills
• Service areas around Cincinnati, Ohio: Mt. Adams, Walnut Hills, Hyde Park, Oakley, Downtown, OTR, Clifton
