Key Responsibilities

  • Client Advocacy: Serve as the primary point of contact for attendee inquiries, providing clear, professional, and helpful information across multiple channels.
  • On-Site Guest Relations: Manage registration desks and information hubs during live activations, ensuring a seamless and welcoming entry experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns with poise, maintaining a positive brand image under pressure.
  • Post-Event Support: Collect and organize client feedback and satisfaction surveys to help our team continuously refine the "Tailored" experience.
